Medical,scheme supports shoddy dentistry

I visited this dental practice in October 2020 having severe pains at the back of my mouth. Was seen by a dentist and prescribed pain meds. Went back whereby my crown was removed and a temp not put on so I had to make do with the sesitivity. The next visit my decades old bridging was removed as it was told to me that it was in a bad condition. Prep work was done for the new bridging but my original problem the crown was forgotten. Thr detist took impressins for the bridging but foung that it had to be retaken. Thrice. Then I get a call from a person who told me enequivocally that he's the owner and face of the the business( not practice) and he has noticed that om frequenting his business often. He would be taking over my dilemma from then on. Twice the old bridging had fallen off while we waited for the noew ones to arrive. The owner the asked me to see another lady dentist to fit my old bridging on while we wait for the new one. She tried but the said its not possible as my gums were bleeding. The prep work done by the now misding initial dentist left me in mor pain than I originally went to helped withthe root canal performed is the job of a a real amateur recruited by the owner. Up to date im left in pain. The owner then took impressions himself twice. All this time I had to walk around or go about my daily life without any bridging because the old one could not fit after the prep work which the owner found to be in order. In january after the job was already paid for the bridging arrived and the owner the face of the business does the fitting himself. By then my gum had receded and prt of the root is exposed. Nonetheless hegoes on and cements the bridging. He even tested to see if all was in order and found it was not. It was shaking . So I asked for it to be removed and sorted out. The pain was and is still present . He didnot remove it as he said it was already cemented but was shaking and he was not concerned about that. The crown that I was there for in October 2020 was forgotten and it was now January 2021. I complaimed to my my medical scheme whi have done nothing to assist me but refer me to the commission of medical schemes who in turn referred me back to my medical scheme. I requested that funds paid to this business be reversed so I can be helped by another practice. I was asked to speak to the owner myself . I did see another dentist as asked to for quotation and xrays. I submitted it and that fizzled out as its too expensive. Yes it is expensive because of thre damage caused by a service provider approved by my medical scheme. Extra funds must be recouped by whoever causes such damage. Its common practice that if one causes damage one is answerable an responsible for such damage. My medical scheme is doing nothing about the pain that im enduring for almost seven months now. I repoerted to SADA but this dentist doesnt belong to them so they cannot do anything. My mefical scheme said its a legitimate claim but yet an experienced professional dentist thinks otherwise. Administrative staff sit in their ivory towers making decisions whilst not knowing a sticjh of dentistry. The crown is not on as yet . The Bridging I is almost of save for the superglue. My gums receded. Gaps which were never there are present. My medical sheme permits its members to be taken advantage of and I was told by a team leader I must deal with it in court whilst being a pensioner earning peanuts barely able to buy food. Its disgusting how my medical scheme is treating me and that so so called dentist is still in practice
