Extremely Poor Service and Care from Dr. Penny Van Vuuren My parents had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Penny Van Vuuren. They used their hard-earned savings to have dentures made and were so happy to finally be getting new teeth. Unfortunately, their excitement quickly turned into frustration and heartbreak.

After paying the full amount upfront, Dr. Van Vuuren removed all their teeth, and the dentures were made. However, the dentures did not fit properly, and my parents had to return more than 10 times for adjustments. Despite their repeated visits, the issue was never resolved.

Eventually, my parents gave up, feeling defeated and hopeless. What’s worse is that Dr. Van Vuuren showed no concern or willingness to follow up or assist them further to ensure the dentures fit properly.

It is heartbreaking that medical practitioners can get away with such poor service while patients are left to suffer physically, emotionally, and financially. My parents deserved better care and accountability, especially after spending their savings.

I urge anyone considering Dr. Penny Van Vuuren to think twice and for her practice to address and improve patient care standards.
