Dentist/staff submitting wrong information to the Medical Aid

They submit the claims without first checking the correctness thereof. The dentist/staff recorded a wrong code that which indicated that I received treatment on the back tooth, whereas only the front tooth was treated. When the Medical Aid rejected the claim, they just referred the wrong claim back to me so that I should pay and send them proof of payment, again without prior checking. The dental center lack of due diligence is worrisome and annoying.
