Bad dentures

Morning hope u all well just want to know what I must do I went to a dentist Mr Johan van Staden he used to be by wannenburg he made me dentures not even my dog will wear them I'm trying to get my money back but can not I believe he he some where in Benoni now is there anything I can do pls
