MISTREATMENT FROM DR EBRAHIM CHAHAN

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment my daughter received during her recent visit. She came to you seeking help, trusting that she would be treated with care and professionalism, especially as we are using medical aid for her consultation. Unfortunately, instead of the support and assistance we expected, she was met with rudeness and made to feel as though she would not pay for the services.

What is even more concerning is that despite her bleeding, her blood pressure was not checked, which is a basic and necessary part of any medical assessment in such situations. This lack of attention raises serious concerns about the standard of care provided. I am genuinely troubled by how she was treated, and I believe this behavior is unacceptable from any healthcare professional.

As a result, I feel compelled to take this matter further. I will be reporting this incident to our medical aid provider, referencing card number 110357, as I believe it is important for them to be aware of such issues. Please advise us on the immediate steps we should take regarding her current condition, as she is still bleeding and in need of care.
