Waste of time

I was at Dentico dentist in kuilsriver on the 13 January and they examined my teeth and gave me prescription to come back, firstly the assistant heat the dentist say please book her for the next week Monday to come back after she wasn't even giving me next steps.. then she says she will whatsapp me the time Monday...I am waiting all day and then calls them and no answer ...I then call Monday morning and secretary tells me sorry we fully booked and I tell her but that's not my problem as she didn't do her job right I then just accept it and ask for another date which they give for the 4th Feb and me thinking it's fine they nice I will endure and wait ...I come there this morning on the 4th after receiving my confirmation for appointment and ring bell for 10 minutes and same secretary comes out and says they closed...I tell her but I have an appointment in which she says they saw names in a book but wasn't sure if it's actual appointments and the dentist told her late they are not working, I just walked away saying this is a waste of time...please guys becareful because they don't help you but send you bills
