I will never ever go back to this place! And will not recommend anyone ever to go there. I wrote in my file I was unemployed and will be getting my Tax refund which I could pay for what I wanted done. Not everything at once I would go whenever I could afford to do something to my teeth. I had an assessment done on my teeth and the quote came up to R30 000.00 just for the things that needed to be done on my teeth. So when I went for my 2 fillings and a tooth to be made up, I was told by the receptionist to let the dentist know what I want done because I said to the receptionist I can’t afford to have everything done and she confirmed and told me I must not worry I must still just tell the dentist. So he says he can’t do the tooth build up because my bite will be wrong so I said ok just the 2 fillings. I must have spent hours in the chair and when I was eventually done and collected my invoice at reception it came up to +- R14000.00 I nearly died!!! I told her that I can’t afford that how do you expect me to pay. I was ready to drive off a bridge I was so depressed. So I’ve been paying this account gradually because I’m unemployed so I’ve been borrowing money where I can and I definitely don’t want to be black listed!
