Won't do minor dents

Called in and sent pictures for a small dent on the side of the door. Nothing major, just a little ding. I specifically asked them to fix the dent and blend/spray only that affected area to keep costs reasonable. The guy flat-out refused and said they “have to” repair the dent and spray the entire door because of their high Google rating and reviews.

I told him I didn’t want or need the whole door done — just the dent fixed. He still wouldn’t do it. Basically told me their reputation is more important than what the customer actually wants. Felt like they were more interested in upselling a bigger job than helping with a simple repair.

Super disappointed. If you have a minor issue and want an honest, minimal fix without being forced into unnecessary work, look elsewhere. Won’t be back.
