Rude & Unprofessional

Organised with the onwer to send a repairman on a certain day, but the guy showed a day earlier without my prior knowledge. When I asked to confirm my previuously agreed date, the owner simply stopped replying and even blocked my number. This was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional
