Zero Customer Service - Ghost office

I am absolutely shocked at the non existing service at dent doctor Midrand. Went there 10 days ago to get a quote. Thereafter I called three times to find out when the work can be carried out. I was promised a call back each time but haven't hear from anyone since then. 10 days later! When you try to get a hold of the person who quoted you you are told he is out of office. Does anybody work at that office?<br> <br>
