Will never deal with them again and will also not refer anyone to them. Booked my vehicle in for an insurance claim which did not take long to do which i was impressed with, BUT. When they reassembled my vehicle they ended up blowing one of my after market spotlights. I refused to collect the vehicle and wanted it fixed as it worked before it got there. After many emails from the insurer without any reply that was provided back to me my consultant from the insurer made a conference call to them. When we eventually spoke the person on the line just said it was blown when it got there, when i know it was not, they were fully functioning, which i told him, he then said that they had taken photos to show that it was broken, anyone could take photos after the fact and say it was broken when they started working on it. I could see it was a losing battle so i collected my car, went and bought a new set of spotlights and refitted them myself, only to see that when the wires was put back together they connected all the wires together, live, neutral and the two wires from the light. I fixed the mess they made and my lights are working just as they did before it went there. My complaint being that they don't take ownership of their mistakes, your car could be next.
