Unichip MIA @ Dentdoctor

Almost 4 weeks ago My Unichip was send away by Dentdoctor kimberley. The guy in charge of this section said that it would take a week for feedback regarding what is wrong with the chip. I have to date not received any feedback. I have phoned the guy in charged of this section, but he doesnt answer or call me back. I have phoned Dentdoctor Kimberley itself but he is never available or at the business. I leave messages for them to please find out any feedback regarding my chip, but no one ever calls me back.
