Pathetic service, excuses and empty promises

<p>My vehicle was booked in on Sat 1 April 2017 and I was told that it will be ready on Wed 12 April. On Wed 12 April I was told that due to the extra work that had to be done, my vehicle will only be ready on 18 April. On 18 April I waited for feedback and nothing happened. After not hearing from them, I phoned them again on 20 April and was told that my vehicle is still not ready and they promised me again that my vehicle will be ready on 26 April. On 26 April I phoned them in the morning and they told me that my vehicle will be ready the afternoon but they will phone me back after lunch to confirm. After lunch I received no phone call and when I phoned them again at 4pm, I was told that they will phone me back shortly. Later when they phoned be back, I was told that my vehicle is still not ready and that it will only be ready on 2 May. As I am writing this review I am still waiting for confirmation from them as to when my vehicle will be ready.</p> <p>I am so disgusted at their lack of customer service. I took my car to them on the recommendation of a friend, even though they were not the cheapest but after my terrible experience, I have lost all confidence in them and I will never ever recommend anyone taking their car to them for repairs. I will certainly share my terrible experience about Dent Doctor with my family and friends and anyone who I come into contact with.</p> <p> </p>
