Not a recommendable company

I paid Dent doctor exactly a year ago for my window switch, which I still haven't received despite their unfulfilled promises. I asked for the reimbur*****t of my money, the new owner who is obnoxious, disrespectful and insolent refuses to reimburse me my due whereas you buy a company you acquire the liabilities and assets of a company, not just the assets.
