<p>My car got a bump from behind, after having the assessment fone by my insurer I was refered to their panel beaters. I politely inquired if my car can go to Dent Doctor Bodyline instead because every car owner I spoke to from the business sector told me to go to them because they are above and beyond with regards to service, peace of mind, quality of work and professionalism, plus they are accredited by most major car manufacturers to save our warranties on our new cars. Thankfully my insurer agreed to send the car to Dent Doctor Bodyline if I took liability for the car which I nervously did. And I am so glad I did, from the first day I walked into Dent Doctor Bodyline until I drove away when the job was done they did nothing but exceed my expectations. Their frontline staff were friendly an efficient. And their estimator Cliff Naidoo whom I delt with was a true gentleman. Warm and friendly, taking the time to understand a clients concerns and situations, giving you peace of mind and a sense if knowing you are in good hands. He went out of he's way to help me the client...even telling me that they are here to help clients who come to them, I know all their other clients will also agree to this.</p> <p>They did the job on my car timeously within the insurer's estimated timeframe, they sourced the parts for my car when the dealership said there will be a back order, the work on my car was done accurately the first time round from the paint to the fitment. All work carried out using original parts and work done guarantees. Truly exceptional work that exceeded my expectations.</p> <p>Their showroom, workshop and waiting room was always so clean and tidy with cleaning staff always present. </p> <p>I wrote this testimony because this is so great I think others can benefit hearing about it.</p> <p>There was a previous minor dent on the back side of the car which Cliff got repaired for free. When he showed me this I remembered what he told me the first day I walked into Dent Doctor Bodyline..."they are here to help their clients" in this day and age when everyone talks rands and cents for every job carried out.</p> <p>Definitely more than what I expected and setting the bar high for other car repairers.
