Engine messed up after bumper repairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I left my car for repairs at the Randburg branch in good working condition on the 20th of June, Wednesday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Repairs were done to the bumper and the last sms I got from the branch was on the 28th that it was in the final assembly stage. I emailed them on the 30th to find out if it was ready for collection, to no avail (no response).</p> <p>I had to call them on Monday afternoon to find out what was going on!</p> <p> </p> <p>I collected my car today, 4th of July and I wasn't told about anything nor was met by the estimator .</p> <p> </p> <p>The oil light went on after a few minutes of driving and the engine started to make a rattley noise, as I drove to work, I got the oil checked at the garage and the oil level was okay and no oil fill up was required. My mechanic says that there is no oil pressure in the engine and that it can and might have caused damage already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How on earth can this happen?!?!?! And not being told about it by the branch manager or service guys is utterly beyond me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The car needs to be towed to my mechanic asap for it to be assessed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect the head office or the Randburg branch to call me tomorrow morning and explain this mess up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And to cover the costs of this f*** up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
