Dent Doctor Nelspruit super poor service

Dent Doctor Nelspruit is really poor. Don't use them. My car was standing there for almost 2 months awaiting repairs. And the only thing they needed to fix was my bumper and fuel tank. On top of this the communication is shocking with their clients. They don't communicate at all but you as the client have to chase them for answers. My car was not in running order. Initially they said the fuel tank had to be replaced and the bumper. At a later stage when I asked about the progress now suddenly the fuel tank has no problems and they are not replacing it any more. This as after a month and a half of struggling on their side to get a new fuel tank. They used lockdown as an excuse but this is just poor service. On top of this when I fetch my car (after I asked them to disconnect my battery). I only find out on the day that my battery is dead. As said before communication is poor. Just avoid these people if you want your car fixed.
