Broken Mirror

Good Day<br> <br> I brought my Honda Jazz in for repairs in March 2015. I was handed the car back by Steven and the motor of my one mirror was not making a noise. He kept the car for an additional 2 hours and return the car to me. The noise was gone and I was told that my motor was worn out. The noise was gone but the mirror wasn't working.<br> I advise that I dropped off the vehicle and both mirrors were working.<br> <br> I was told to bring the vehicle back as Dent Doc would carry the cost, I did so and Steven returned the vehicle to me saying he needed to buy a part and he would call me back to book my car in.<br> <br> I have not received a call from him. I have called twice and he has not returned my call.<br> <br> This is causing me as the client a huge inconvenience. I need to have the motor of my mirror fixed asap please.<br> <br> <br> I submitted the above to Selvan Naidoo as my complaint and he has denied that it was their fault.<br> <br> He says it was ware adn tare after Steven has accepted liability.
