Bad customer service Dent Doctor centurion

I took my car in for repairs to my bumper and to replace a headlight. I got good service when requesting the quotation. I then took my car in for repairs and asked that I be given the old headlight after replacement. The guy who was helping me (Mielie) agreed to this. A week later, I came to collect my car and the guy was very rude and shouting at me when I requested my old headlight. He ended up agreeing to bring it back after an argument ensued. When I get home I realise that a shiny silver lining on my front drivers door is missing and the back wiper cover is also missing. I would advise anyone who loves their car to stay away from that place.
