Bad customer service

<br> I recently had my car fixed up by the East London branch and I was happy with the job that was done to the part of the car that needed fixing as per the quote given to me.I am however very unhappy with the after-service from the owner.<br> The afternoon I got my car back from Dent Doctor, I experienced a weird noise every time I slow the car down. I called the EL branch and they said to bring my car in so they can have a look as it might be something small. One of the workers drove with me to hear what the car was doing.The worker gave the recommendation that it was something to do with the back brakes of my car and nothing to do with the service that was done on my car. The owner said that he cant help me and that I should go to the nearest brakes center around the corner as it is not Dent Doctors responsibility that my car has another problem after the service was done to it.I had no words for the lack of intent to help me as I was a existing client that needed assistance.They said they are too busy to help me at their workshop. The car had something wrong to it when they delivered it back to me, which was not there before. Now im struggling with the car that drove perfectly before.
