On 11-01-2021 I went to dent doctor with my brother looking for a quote for a driver side door repair for my car. My brother previously spoke with a lady named Pulane who assured that we could bring the car for inspection. After we confirmed with Pulane, a male named Lourens came in and said the car cannot stay there. When my brother asked why, he said he will have to quote for everything associated with the door, estimating at R60000 (could be more). He then imp**** that we won't be able to afford the quote and will just waste 3 hours of his time calling for quotes etc. And go to another panel beater.
