I took my car for a bumper replacement (A200 mercedez benz), when it came back it was a mess. It was so badly assembled such that the space between bumper and the bonnet was so big you could fit your thumb, bumper spoiler chrome that was supposedly new had a crack, painting looked so untidy and cheap from the original paint. Everything was not in-place and not properly fitted i had to take it back and it came back with the same problems that it had before.

It came back with new dents that were not there before and that ***** of a manager blamed everything on me without any evidence to substantiate his position, yet the photos that were taken didn’t show any of those dents.

Their manager is so rude, disrespectful and a ***** that doesn’t have any manners to handle customer complaints.

Take your car to that place only if you have had enough of it, other than that stay far away from that place.
