Sloppy dental work

My wife over a period of 2 years asked for work to done to repair her dentures at great cost. The dentist then said he need to make a new denture to solve the problem The work was to cost 3,990-00, the first fitment had long sharp metal spike to hold it in place these cut into her flesh and was very painful he removed the metal spikes and could not make it to stay in place, the result id a totally useless denture and they refuse to rectify the work
