Dental Unwise
Sub contracted dentist who placed implants (note, not implant specialists) also do not explain risks, no consent form given, implant placed despite gum not being ready, **** to about gum covering the neck of the implant, and now given a song and dance about offering to help, followed by a retraction and telling me to "go elsewhere as they have 22 patients in the queue to see the specialist" I wonder why. Off to the HPCSA and Dental Association.
Oh and over the course of 7+ appointments, they were at least 30min late for each and every appointment.
Will be interesting to submit the recorded calls from shareholder manager and his offer to help correct the situation after such a traumatic experience.

14 Feb 2023, 11:41I went to a specialist for a second opinion and was informed that the implant was placed at an angle, and not straight, which is what caused this problem. Dentalwise refuses to engage, or give me company information in order to pursue this legally. They ignore a COR135 form and all emails. They also ignore the fact that no waiver was signed and no risks explained to patient.
