Bad Advise just to make a sale ( NOT Customer centered)

I had a very bad experience when I visited this dentist. When I called to make my appointment, I was very clear on what I needed and they agreed to see me anyway even though they knew that they were not able to assist with my issue. But the problem was that they knew that what they suggested was such a bad idea but still proceeded to use things on me that I obviously had to pay for. My reason for reaching out to them was because the front two teeth of my dentures fell out and needed to be re-glued, The two ladies then ill-advised me by suggesting using some type of cement that is only meant for veneers but not for dentures (I did not know this). They did say that it is not a permanent solution but they did not say that it can fall out the very next day, which is exactly what happened. As a business owner, it is my responsibility to advise my clients on the best possible solutions and I will rather not make a sale if it will not benefit my client, but instead, they decided to charge me R723,40 for cement that fell out the very next day. What made this matter worse was the response I received from the staff, they were rude and flat out refused to give all my money back and even called me a ****. I eventually received R300 back from them but what about the rest of my money? I will definitely not recommend this place!!
