Dental risk Insurance - ABSOULTE NONSENSE!

I signed up with a dental insurance, last year august they go by the name "dental risk insurance" i signed up because on reading the benefits I realized that it would be quite a good plan to be on seeing as I would need braces. Firstly i cannot get a hold of anyone at the company, none of the numbers work, secondly on going to their website i see that their prices have dropped from R25,000.00 cover for orthodontics to R7000.00. as far as i am concerned this is absolute nonsense as we should have been at the very least told about this on signing up. They fall under the Health Group and Thethani.
