Pathetic service

I had waited 2hours even though had a booking. I had a booking for a filing which they insist to do a consult and ask to make an appointment for another date for the filling. They don't have a proper x-ray machine they use things to keep your mouth open that hurt my gums in the process. I am furious that i had taken off to get a filing done and was charged R600 for just a consult and they expect me to make a booking and take off work another day for and possibly be seen to not in my scheduled appointment time.
