Worst service I've ever received.

(First review from google, 2 days ago) Terrible service. I didn't even go to my appointment yet and they already gave me this kind of service. First I had trouble with making my booking. When I asked which dates they have available in Jan, they didn't respond. I had to resend my messages the following day. Then on top of that, I still had to ask for confirmation of the booking. The booking was made for tomorrow. My partner called AND texted the clinic to make sure that everything was in order. They never responded to him. Not via call or text. Instead, they call me to ask me if I could reschedule. I said "No, I can't." The lady responded with "No?" My response was "No, why did you give me the date and time if you knew you wouldn't be able to help me?". Thereafter, she proceeded to give me a story of how there won't be someone to help me at that time. I accepted what happened and rescheduled for the following week at 11 am. I TOLD this lady they should send me confirmation of the booking, whether it be via email or text. She said it's fine and they will do it shortly. I never received any confirmation. I had to message them to ask for it. I kid you not! I sent that message at 12:45, it is currently 19:48 and I still didn't receive any confirmation. I am absolutely dissatisfied.

(Second review, today on this platform) So the following day, these people sent my partner a message informing him that I have an appointment at 12 pm that afternoon. We were both confused and utterly annoyed because the previous day, I was told that I had to reschedule for the following week Saturday at 11am. He responded to them and told them this. I also sent them a message to remind them that they still need to send me confirmation of the rescheduled booking. I sent a reminder more than once. They never responded to either of us. It is Monday today and I messaged them again. Still no response...
