Very bad service

Doing my braces at them very bad service waiting long to get help they don't contact you or keep you up to date the messed up my braces and had to put it on again very bad service, very disappointed. Don't let you know that the doctor isn't there had to wait once almost a hour before they let my know his not coming in.
