I took my vehicle to Dent Tech Rustenburg for accident repairs, and when I collected it, the driver door window and mirror controls were no longer working, despite being fully functional when I handed the car over. When I raised this, I was told the vehicle allegedly arrived with liquid damage from a cool drink spilled 30km before arrival and that there is a report confirming this, yet I was never informed at intake and they claim they “forgot” to tell me. I requested a copy of this report two weeks ago and have since called and sent messages with no response. I personally drove the car before dropping it off and know the controls were working, and their refusal to provide the report raises serious concerns about accountability and transparency.
