Two branches, two universes

<p>Two weeks after a minor accident and a request for a quotation from the Cape Town branch, I still haven't received said quotation. A verbal non-binding estimate was however provided.<br /><br />Eventually, tired of waiting, I went to the Cavendish branch. Ernest gave me a quote within an hour, for a third less than the verbal estimate from the Cape Town branch. He (and Jonathan) at Cavendish did the repairs (twice, with them not being happy with their own first job).</p> <p> </p> <p>So, big kudos to Cavendish, serious thumbs down to the Cape Town branch.</p>
