Poor service

I booked my car in to have some panel beater work done, experienced the following issues:<br> <br> 1) the the work was completed late<br> <br> 2) the car was returned filthy, with spray paint spillage all over the car<br> <br> 3) I emailed them to tell them about the problem and they didnt bother responding<br> <br> 4) A week after the work I noticed that the door handle was no longer working. Upon inspection by a locksmith it was established that Dent Magic had not replaced the handle correctly.
