Dent Magic that isn't actually Dent Magic

Took my car in on a Monday morning. Was asked to pick up the car on the Tuesday afternoon by 17:00. I took off work to make it in time. I phoned to say I might be 5 minutes late. The employee said that the car isn't done and I can't pick it up yet. Enquiring why no-one called me, he rep**** that I should have called. <br> <br> They offered no assistance in getting my car to me, just asking me to take off work again. They offer no pick-up, no courtesy car In fact no customer service whatsoever.<br> <br> It is now the 3'rd day and the car still isn't done. The gentleman that I spoke to refused to let me speak to the owner of the company. Always giving excuses.<br> <br> On further enquiry and phoning Dent Magic's head office, I got the great surprise that these guys aren't even part of the franchise any more - even though they still have the same name. Links on Google still route back to Dent Magic's website. It is extremely misleading.<br> <br> This is frustrating and I have no way to collect my car at the moment. I don't even know the state my car is in or when it will be done.<br> <br> I am at a loss for words.<br> <br>
