Good repair job, poor customer assistance.

Quality of work was great, had a stone chip just above the windscreen on the roof edge repaired however there were some major issues. I was quoted for the repair which was submitted to insurance which was approved, after dropping the vehicle off I received a phone call with additional charges for my account to remove the windscreen. This should have been quoted for when submitting to insurance. Additionally I took out all valuables from the car, however forgot one small item which was removed - upon questioning where it was I received really unapologetic assistance accumulating to zero effort to get to the bottom of it. Really disappointed in the customer service received and the theft from the vehicle.
