denny bad sauce

As you know, denny sauce is not cheap. My wife has been a big denny product fan for as long as I can remember Tonight she denny let her down. She invited her mother and family for dinner . When she opened the sauce to add to her food Luckily she looked in to the packet before adding to her food, she saw this big black mass inside. It was a big fungus in the sauce.

After being put off big time, she continued to open another and saw that the texture was also not trustworthy as it was not as thick as the normal sauce usually is, but thin and slimy

I have kept the sauce for now if you would like to collect or test. This is of the same batch i assume as the expiry date is the same, only in April 2022 only, that had to have been left in the sun or something in the process of the supply chain.
