Excellent service standards deserving of praise

It with greatest satisfaction that i write this review to thank Denny Mushrooms for their rapid response to my complaint.

I lodged a complaint on Saturday 13 November 2021 and the following Wednesday 17th November 2021 Customer service manager visited my home to personally deliver a complementary pack for the inconvenience cause.

Furthermore I had received numerous follow up calls & apologies form various employees of the company. I wish all companies were as efficient and invested more on they customers as this company has done. Companies must stop being defensive / arrogant and listen to customers. Word of mouth goes a LONG way..
