Dennegeur was commissioned to do electrical works on a gate and lighting. <br> Mr. Johan Serdyn was <br> - not sticking to appointments<br> - not sticking to agreements he made<br> - not involving the customer in time planning despite request<br> <br> Functional elements of the previous system were dismounted and taken away (only returned after heavy continued requests). Dis-functional systems were kept in place. New elements were installed that did not work. Further issues:<br> - Agreed that no wires be exposed, he left all wires run above ground<br> - Agreed box be replaced with suitable waterproof one, he left broken old box<br> - He mounted box at about 10 degree to horizontal, painful to see<br> - rubble wasn't removed (even denied after sending a foto)<br> - too short tubing and wiring was used, so that drive way couldn't be closed properly after tunneling underneath.<br> <br> We had follow-up appointment to fix. Instead of fixing things, he dismounted his installations and took his liberty to ***** belongings of the owners and tenants of the house.<br> <br> The incompetence in electric installation was shocking. The persistent taking of belongings of the owner and tenants of the house is something I don't have words for.
