House ******ies have become a norm in this complex and the managing company (Casadobe properties) have done little to nothing to increase security measures.

The complex has security cameras but they do not work. You will find this out when your car gets vandalised by the children playing in streets. You will report a maintainable issue with Casadobe properties and get a response 4 months later! When you move out, they will scrutinise your place in such a way that they will look for any mistakes to lessen your security deposit. Their supplier admitted that they paint the unit with inferior paint so that if you try to clean a wall the paint, it will fade in such a way that you will be forced to have it painted.

Cancelling your lease is a tedious process! You will be held liable for stupid things such as a advertising costs, paying full rental fee until they find a new tenant, and the list is endless.They will fine you R500 for absolutely nothing and fail to explain what the penalty fee is for.

Do not sign a lease agreement with Casadobe properties, their service delivery is poor, your place will get broken into and you will struggle to cancel your lease!
