Worst experience ever

My car was towed in on the 11th of January 2016 and repairs authorised on the 28th of January. Spoke to who advised that repairs would take about 10 days to complete once all the parts have been ordered and my insurance was told 10 to 15 days. Called Demetrea week after and was told they received wrong parts and it took another two weeks to get the right parts. Called again and spoke to Shavon who advised me that there are extra parts that need to be ordered, parts arrived and she told me I would get my car latest 4 March (almost 30 days now) and I told the car still not ready.
