Very bad diabetic patient service!!!!!!

Denmar hospital very bad diabetic patient service!!!!! Me myself were previously admitted in denmar and did not have any problems with the service i received... Maybe because it was for myself and i did not care at that stage!! But when it comes to my family and loved ones i put my foot down?. My mother is diabetic for more than 30 years and she knows exactly what the symptoms is when her sugar is high or low. When i heard she is being admitted in denmar i did not worry because i know the place and the service was fine. BUT now i am very angry and dissopionted. My mother called one of the nurses asking for sweet tea as she felt her sugar was dropping..... The nurse then told her NO she cant have tea. ***?! Really!!!! My mothers room mates had sugar in their drawer and she ate that but still her sugar dropped she blacked out and her sugar was 1mmol!!!!!! She came too with all the nurses around her and had a glucose IV insitu!!! What are they trying to do **** her before they listen to her!!! I am trying to find out what the nurses name is that did not do her job as a nurse. I mean seriously what is she doing in the medical industry... Is she out to **** people. I am going to the newspaper as well with this because THIS is unacceptable... What if this was her mother or daughter and the person she trust to support her is not doing so?? There is no words that can discribe how angry i am. And if this happens again i am also going to the medical counsel.. that nurse or that shift will never ever nurse anyone in their life again!!!!!!!
