I had a very nasty experience at Denmar hospital in Garsfontein. The nurses are friendly, even the catering staff cook well. My main concern is the hygiene standards. The bathrooms and toilets are always unclean and there is no accountability because the toilets are built like public or hostel toilets. They should indeed change their system. The situation can only improve if they put toilets and showers inside the rooms so that people who are sharing can take accountability. I won't recommend it to anybody who has a strong sense of hygiene.
