Denkit Hobbies Online order ****!

15 Octorber I placed an online order from Denkit Hobbies, I have called them on three diffrent occasions... Every time I am told to leave my number, they would call back, but they never do! 8 November I called the third time and spoke the the most rude person! His name is Peter. He tried to convince me that I was in the wrong. It was because I didnt get the names of the other two people I spoke to previously about my order. Somehow he beleives that if I got their names, my parcel would have been delivered by now. He was very rude and kept on interrupting me when I wanted to explain to him my situation. He told me that his manager would call me back, but that didnt happen. Denkit Hobbies online orders is a **** and you will loose your money if you buy from them. Maybe their shop is legit, but not their online orders! And you will have to speak to an assh**e like Peter, who has less intelligence and people s****s than my 5 year old daugter. I am still struggling to get my order or a refund from them!!! They do not respond to mail!!! My online order is : 582
