What a disappointment

I'm so disappointed with your as a medical fund I spend a lot of money monthly paying the monthly contributions for u guys to decline my daughter's procedure. I don't want to hear about rules cause those are guidelines u should look at a case based on its merit maybe there was a reason why did it last year and again she needs to do it again it's because she needs this dental procedure and honestly I'm not happy and I'm going to take this far.
