Unfair and very Bad experience
I payed +- R10000. 00 to the Dentist for tooth extractions and they only payed me R500. 00 the Lady told me I'm not covered and she also said to me my teeth were already damaged before I joined this horrible dental insurance. Please people be aware of this bad experience and the ask me to send letter from the Dentist and I did after the repudiated the claim. I don't want anyone to have this bad experience as their I don't slogan or what so ever they say pay the Doctor and fax the invoice we will pay. Yo just imaging I would have went to the clinic to abstract teeth for free but they gave me false info. I was told I was support to claim after 12 months were does that says in their policy. **** insurance company
