Teribble+!!!
They are so useless!!!! Teribble i phone them regarding a statement of a patient I want to follow up on a medical payment. They can't take my call i can not hold for an agent to assit me, know they will phone me bac****!! When will that happen after month end when the patient don't have money to pay me???? Medical aids are useless!! Thats why most dockers work with cash !!!!
