Staff can't read

I submitted a claim 6 times through, with days passing without reply, then to receive an e-mail stating they can't read the attachments, even though it's clear and keyhealth, myself, and anyone with half an eye can read it, they can't.

I cant understand why *********** or uneducated staff are hired.
