Pathetic, infuriating *******

Denis you are PATHETIC! You are ******* that only look for ways to not authorize and pay out claims. We are members of Medshield and pay a fortune for our medical aid every month, but you look for ways NOT to pay any claim or authorize treatment! Your emails make no sense, you are stalling for time hoping I will get fed up and pay for the treatment myself, all the while my child must suffer as he needs to get his braces now! I call your office to be told I cannot speak to anyone I have to request a call back!!! What kind of customer service is this!! Even the dentists know you are the worst and they feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with you. Is this how you want to be known??
