As a network-dentist, I personally have spent numerous hours on the phone as well as hundreds of motivations upon motivations via emails to help my patients get authorization from DENIS for dentures and crowns... Nevertheless , I was unsuccessful. No clear answers are ever given to help assist with the authorization process, and no qualified Dentist, with the same education and understanding as myself, is provided. They make it difficult for the practice and patients to get authorization, and by that - penalizing the members by not giving what that are covered for.
