Disgusting service

I have been phoning multiple times regarding my refund and still no one is getting back to me We have an agreement with Denis that the member pay the orthodontist the monthly payment and that they would refund me with tje amount they supposed to pay but every ****** month there is issues either they pay it in the orthodontist account or they dont pay This morning I phoned again and twice i was asked to hang on for 10min at a time and still no explanation They are really ridiculous wish my medical aid can find someone else to deal with dental care
