Be careful of this one, they will draw out a request/ claim until you feel like giving up. I cannot get a dental procedure approved which is covered by my Medical aid plan...constant excuses and bad communication and referring you back to your health practitioner for endless motivations and appeals. It is a pity that Bonitas is affiliated with this dental insurance as medical claims are normally handled quite professionally.
